The Property Team is accountable for the estate management and implementation of property and planning strategies across the shared and unilateral network property portfolio, ensuring partners & suppliers adhere to agreed guidelines when undertaking work or upgrades on the property estate.

We are seeking a Project Analyst to support the Code Project Delivery team in achieving the targets agreed in line with MBNLs corporate objectives. Ensuring data integrity is maintained across all lease renewals and be the "go to" person for all Site Tracker related queries.

What the Project Analyst can expect to be doing:

  • Support the Code Senior Project Manager & Programme Manager with recording Project deliverables, finances, risks and issues and project related governance in MBNL's IFS system
  • Coordinate and set up the key Code Governance meetings, including the Code Working Groups (CWGs), internal weekly team meetings, quarterly external supplier meetings.
  • Own the distribution of minutes, ensuring outstanding actions are chased down and resolved. Ensure the Agenda/Meeting content/Delivery Packs are created and distributed in advance of all meetings
  • Support the Code Delivery Managers with data cleansing and correction of integrity issues within MBNL's Tools & Systems, including tracking and coordinating all issues raised with third parties.
  • Ensure internal teams and external suppliers are compliant with completing data accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist the Central Code Delivery Manager with manipulating and merging data and creating Site Tracker Dashboards to support the team.

Key Challenges

  • Ensure that data integrity remains paramount, and co-ordinate and document all concerns in relation to Site Tracker tool and work with 3rd party on resolving these issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure all project documentation is maintained
  • Ensure all financial reporting is accurate and update to date
  • Support Code Delivery Managers to ensure suppliers are completing tasks within the contract SLAs
