A Project Administrator is required to work within a PMO function for a pioneering Mobile Telecommunications organisation.
The Project Administrator will support the PMO team performing project administrative duties as well as support of the implementation of formal governance framework which will directly influence the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the businesses projects and programmes.
The Project Administrator will own and manage programme and project dashboards, retrieving key KPI data from the relevant sources and track and update programmes against time, cost and quality. Producing accurate project control documents and ensuring that the project templates and standard presentation template are relevant and up to date.
The role will also entail stakeholder and supplier management in addition to general project administration, producing minutes, preparing reports and presentations and providing key management information accordingly.
Candidates will have previously carried out Project Administration within a PMO (ideally mobile telecoms) and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage high level stakeholder relationships.
You will have strong IT skills with experience in database management and advanced Excel for tracking and reporting.
