A Project Administrator is required by a pioneering Mobile Telecommunications organisation.
The Project Administrator will be the first point of contact for project demand related queries into the organisation. The Administrator will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure defined scope and clean data.
The project Administrator will process Service Order Requests ensuring they are processed in a timely manner, using business tools to ensure clean data and remove any duplicate requests. They will manage change requests and database management, ensuring that all demand requests are processed and aligned through the database to provide an accurate over view of projects and programmes throughout the business.
The Administrator will manage relationships with internal business users and stakeholders to deliver high quality demand profiles.
Candidates will have previously carried out a data management programme/project support role, ideally within a Mobile Telecoms environment. You will have advanced Excel skills, the ability to analyse complex data accurately and also communicate effectively with stakeholders.
