About The Company

My client, based in Buckinghamshire, are one leading telecommunications and mobile technology company. They are looking for a Telecoms Admin Assistant to join their Project Co-Ordination Team to provide administrative support for the Service Provider Project Management Office.

About The Role

In this role, you providing administration support with the maintenance of project office systems (documentation management, inventory management, operational tracking, etc.). You will also assist with the compilation of regular and ad-hoc Project reports and assist with purchase order management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creating project cases, assigning tasks for completion, managing technical project staff calendars and trackers.
  • Creation of project documentation as required.
  • Provisioning administration tasks including; ordering connectivity (PSTN, leased lines), organising number ports, following up on open cases.
  • Chasing supplier updates and updating trackers.
  • Liaising with engineers, as and when required.
  • Assisting with ceases.
  • Circuit availability check.
  • Assist with the compilation of regular and ad-hoc Project reports.

Skills & Experience Needed

  • Strong project administration experience would be preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to take on various tasks.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to assimilate information quickly and act decisively.
