Programme Manager

Great opportunity open for a Programme Manager with good roll out experience within Telecoms to come on-board and work for a Vibrant and innovative telecommunications company based in Dublin. This will be an initial 6 month contract position with competitive rates on offer.

As part of my clients transformation programme we will be rolling out a new Retail Point of Sale

Key Experience:

For phase 1 (early rollout)

• Co-ordination of MNS rollout (pre req). Already this involves CIO, CTO, Retail & Business Impact teams.
• MTPOS rollout
• Managing Worldpay integration including accreditation
• Oracle Integration
• Supply Chain
• Oracle Financials working with Business on :
• MTPOS Reporting & Commission feeds
• Data gathering - MTPOS catalogue & RBA
• Operational processes

Phase 2 (Oct rollout)

• Finance & loss prevention team requirements
• Rework
• MTPOS functionality
• MTPOS integration
• MTPOS rollout (integration into CES & MEC)
• Tablets Roll out Working with Business on Phase 2
• MTPOS Reporting & Commission feeds
• Data gathering - MTPOS catalogue & RBA

Main job responsibilities

• Accountable for the delivery of the Retail Roll out stream of the client's Vision program- T2 Phase.
• Manage the client's Ireland team to deliver the Retail Rollout- spanning IT, Networks and Business
• Responsible for the delivery of all dependencies to support roll out
• Responsible for the management of amdocs and partners to deliver to the agreed timelines
• Manage and resolve blocking issues on the client's Ireland side impacting the client's vision programme.
• Own the relationship between the client and ROI business to drive decisions
• Track and report on the plan progress.
• Drive plan to ensure delivery of the required data to the various test environments High level overview of the retail roll out workstream and phases:
