Programme Coordinator - Maidenhead - 3 Months Contract

Project people are currently recruiting for Programme Coordinator to join an excellent business in Maidenhead. This role will suit someone who is an organised self-starter and requires no supervision to get work done. Experience of working on change/ transformation programme would be a big bonus.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting Programme Managers, Architects, the Leadership Team (400 in the department)
  • Providing ad hoc admin support/ co-ordination duties - PA duties for the Chief Architect and the Programme Directors (diary management, inbox management, meeting minutes, meeting arrangements, raising POs)
  • Forecasting, tracing and supporting the Budget Owner with the budget control
  • Managing of the resolutions of risks, issues and conflicts between the portfolio of programmes, projects and changes
  • Providing information regarding constraints and business related issues

Key requirements/ experience of:

  • Must be resilient with a strong ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
  • Background working as a Programme Coordinator / Project Coordinator / PMO / PMO Support / Project Support
  • Experience of SharePoint and Project Online MS Projects as well as strong Microsoft and Excel
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of projects
  • Knowledge of project methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, PMP
