Product Owner - a new permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product Owner with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics 365. This is a hands on role managerial role working closely with the marketing teams to develop the CRM program.

As Product Owner you will lead the marketing teams on how to optimise and deliver campaigns using marketing automation in order to achieve the maximum benefits and return on investment. You will champion Salesforce Marketing Cloud, delivering training, providing governance, developing the marketing automation platform to fulfil cross channel communications and applying best practice.

My client are a high end bespoke travel company based in Central London. Due to the nature of the industry and the role we are looking for someone who has proven experience working in performance marketing, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Skills & experience we are looking for:

• Proven experience working in performance marketing
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Google Analytics 360
• Knowledge of digital marketing metrics
• Must have worked in enterprise-level marketing automation products
• Marketing channel management, principally email
• Experience of initiating and executing projects and campaigns through a customer first strategy
• Experience of customer segmentation
