PRODUCT OWNER - B2B DIGITAL SALES- REMOTE WORKING -CONTRACT

We are looking for a Product Owner who has strong experience in B2B Digital environment who shall be responsible to lead the design and delivery of the sales digital strategy for one our prestigious telecom client. The role holder will work closely with the Head of Business Digital and Experience, other Product Owners and key stakeholders across the business, to design, manage, evolve and prioritise the ambitious future of the client's B2B digital platform, ensuring we are driving aggressive growth to acquire new customers in the Small, Medium and Corporate segments.

Shall be a key driving force in the Business Digital team, working with the Senior Digital Product Manager on the roadmap for digital delivery, ensuring the delivery backlog is open, visible and understood, and working with the digital scrum team and third party vendors to ensure high quality deliveries, implementing best practices and processes with clear reviews and reporting to ensure key project requirements are met. You will be accountable for Digital KPI's across sales growth, both eCommerce and conversion to Telesales, technical performance, and customer experience, effectively prioritising and balancing demand from multiple business areas to achieve a best-in-class digital first experience.

Required Skills:

  • Certified Product Owner / Agile
  • Prior experience as a Product Owner (minimum 5 years) within a B2B digital environment
  • Successful track record of driving service improvements in a large organisation
  • Experience working with high traffic eCommerce sites working with agencies and 3rd parties and management of them.
  • Experience of delivering business goals through amazing product experiences, journeys and optimisation.
  • Proven commercial acumen and excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills, with strong leadership skills and a talent for building positive relationships across the business
  • Customer driven, keeping customer at the heart of all you do with a good understanding of customer experience principles
  • Data and insight driven, proficient with Adobe suite of products (Adobe Analytics, AEM), Decibel, Jira or other similar tools
  • Passion for technology and an awareness of new technologies and the potential they provide, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to influence decisions

Essential Criteria

  • Jira experience
  • Agile background - Experience working with Copywriters, Designers, UX, Scrum Masters etc
  • Consumer mindset
  • Extensive background as product owner
  • Team management
