Product Management Consultant - Offers & Rewards

We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Product Manager/Consultant to join a new team focused on delivering loyalty (offers & rewards) based opportunities to their customers!

In this role you will be able to take accountability for key road map initiatives on the Offers & Rewards platform. You will need to be a seasoned influencer, as you'll be expected to be able to influence by working in close collaboration with the broader team and other areas of the business.

In this role you will be delivering key parts of the future strategy, and will have the opportunity to engage with various external partners, and lead on the implementation of new services.

Requirements:

• Strong Product focused background
• Ability to deliver new products against a road map
• Excellent understanding around loyalty - offers, & rewards would be great
• Experience of working with external partners, and taking ownership
• Should have a strong commercial acumen
• Have previously worked with agile teams - development, test circles and possibly led on the implementation of new services and enablers
• Worked within organisations offering loyalty (offers & rewards) services to their customers
• Have an appreciation for NPS, and driven to exceed targets
• Must be enthusiastic, and passionate about this/their area, and buy into product and future strategy
