Product Manager (Offers & Rewards)



This leading telecoms company are seeking a Product Manager who has a background with Loyalty, Offers & Rewards.

This role will report into the Senior Consultant - Product Management (Offers & Rewards) in this newly designed Digital (CDO) function.

This role is focussing on Loyalty, Offers & Rewards, and rather than setting the strategy, will focus on the delivery & operational side of it. The role will suit itself to someone with an excellent product management background, with commercial savviness, and a level of technical capability to understand how offers & rewards through partnerships can be implemented/integrated with the clients platform.

Type of person we are looking for:

  • Strong product management focussed background
  • Ability to deliver new products against a roadmap
  • Excellent understanding around loyalty - offers, & rewards would be great
  • Experience of working with external partners, and taking ownership
  • Should have a commercial head
  • Have previously worked with agile teams - development, test circles and possibly led on the implementation of new services and enablers
  • Worked within organisations offering loyalty (offers & rewards) services to their customers
  • Have an appreciation for NPS, and driven to exceed targets
  • Must be enthusiastic, and passionate about this/their area, and buy into product and future strategy

Candidates also considered will be those who have a strong marketing background within loyalty/offers/ rewards
