Leading mobile telecoms company seeks a Problem Analyst to work within the problem management team. Working on problems and risk - the governance and also driving the risk side of things rather than the indepth problem management which is outsourced.
The team look at incidents that occur, trends of an incident, root cause analysis. What impacts the service and end customer experience and to prevent re occurrence.
Will be looking at trend reports and analysing and reporting in order to drive investigation of problems.
Analyse stats to identify what to focus on.
Use data to improve service.
Possibly suit someone from either an incident or problem background or even change.
May suit a junior Problem Manager or an Incident Manager looking to move into Problem Management.
