Problem Analyst - Berkshire - 6 months +
Project People are currently looking for a Problem Analyst to join a well-known high profile telecommunications client based in Berkshire. The role will act as an escalation point for suppliers to investigate, assess and resolve any network issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Looking at incidents that occur, establishing the trends and causes, as well as preventing future occurrence
- Looking at trends and governance and what's the impact on the customer
- Predicting and preventing negative impacts
- Providing expertise on supplier performance in problem management and advising accordingly
- Identifying and putting ideas forward for continuous service improvement
- Being responsible for reviewing major problems provided by suppliers, identifying risks to the network as well as maintaining suppliers and shareholders relationships
Key requirements/ experience of:
- Ensuring the deliverable and outcomes are met with the shareholder expectations
- Good understanding of problem management functions
- ITIL Qualifications a bonus
