Job Description

Project People are supporting a multi-academy trust, based in Norfolk are seeking to appoint a Primary specialist with Phase Leader experience for one of their primary schools on a permanent basis from September 2019.

The academy trust are committed to the belief that schools are best placed for secure improvement in the education outcomes for children. The academy trust has developed a model for school improvement that enable all the schools to work collaboratively, sharing best practice to deliver outstanding education for all.

The successful person will be joining a school rated as Outstanding by OfSTED. This is a school that sees themselves as a happy calm and exciting place to learn and where high expectations are set for both the staff and the children in relation to behaviour, academic and creative progress and aim to offer the children a high quality, innovative and creative learning experience, delivered through excellent teaching and up to date technology.

You will be a strong classroom practitioner working in an environment that offers a supportive and secure environment in which to all children can achieve their maximum potential. Great emphasis is placed on the basics, English, Maths, Science and ICT, creativity is high on their agenda as well. The dedicated teaching staff work in year group teams, to plan and deliver a relevant and exciting curriculum.

The children are encouraged to take responsibility for their own decisions and to recognise that they have choices. The school believes that a close working partnership with parents is the key to achieving success for the children and in turn for the school and the wider community it serves.
