PMO Systems Analyst

Who are we?

The Business Planning Team is accountable for the successful delivery of the backhaul and backbone transmission and 3G capacity programmes, demand management and reporting (including ownership of the MBNL Annual Operating Plan) and programme governance. The PMO organisation reports directly to the Managing Director.

The Role

The Business Planning Team has recently implemented a new ERP system. It's a new tool to help the business deliver projects and manage their finances. As a result, we have a new and exciting vacancy available as a systems analyst.

We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join our team who is keen to learn more about managing core business systems, develop their technical skills and understand project governance. What is really exciting is that this is a new role - it can be shaped and developed as you grow, and as business needs change

As a systems analyst you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the smooth running of systems and tools
• Providing an excellent support service, for BPT tools and systems, to colleagues across MBNL

• Ensuring reporting commitments are met in a timely fashion
• Proactively seek to identify and make improvements to BPT processes and systems, though simplification, automation and innovation
• Managing of the IFS support inbox within the agreed SLA
