Who are we?
The Business Planning Team is accountable for the successful delivery of the backhaul and backbone transmission and 3G capacity programmes, demand management and reporting (including ownership of the MBNL Annual Operating Plan) and programme governance. The PMO organisation reports directly to the Managing Director.
The role
We are looking for a PMO governance analyst to join our join who will be enthusiastic, have an eye for detail and help drive the adoption and adherence of the delivery way within the business.
We work in a fast paced and dynamic environment so the candidate must also be open to change, versatile and share ideas on how the team can evolve.
We want to strongly emphasize that we are looking for someone who is keen to learn, self-motivated and has a can-do attitude - skills can be taught, you just need the right mind-set.
As a PMO governance analyst you will be responsible for:
- Enforcing and supporting the adoption and smooth running of our project methodology, the delivery way.
- Assuring the integrity of information presented at our governance board, held within our supporting tools and reported to our shareholders
- Helping to drive process changes within the company. Maintaining good relationships and supporting the various teams to ensure a smooth transition.
