Job Description

We are working alongside a fantastic company within the world of Telecoms to recruit a results orientated Performance Acceptance Manager.

Working in an amazing space the Performance Acceptance Manager will be responsible for ensuring all changes to features, software and deployments within the network meet pre-defined criteria.

As a successful Performance Acceptance Manager you will contribute to delivering Operational outcomes within:

  • Ensuring all changes have clearly defined acceptance criteria and post-performance monitoring performed to demonstrate criteria has been met.
  • All changes being accepted by Operations
  • Any issues which cause non-acceptance are investigated and resolved
  • Development of strategic improvements

In order to deliver the above as a Performance Acceptance Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with project start-ups
  • Define necessary acceptance criteria
  • Ensure correct post-change validations are defined
  • Managing the Acceptance services
  • Investigating root cause of issues

As the selected Performance Acceptance Manager you will demonstrate and enhance skills within:

  • Understanding of GSM / GPRS / UMTS / LTE system architectures
  • Portfolio within Operations and / or deployment performance
  • Knowledge of RAN Performance Management tools / processes
  • Previous success of ensuring excellent standards within Service / Supplier Management
