Packet Core / Data Core Engineer / MPC / EPC

We work alongside a market leading Telecoms Organisation who are seeking to Recruit a Packet Core / Data Core Engineer / MPC / EPC to assist in providing operational support and maintaining their market leading Packet Core infrastructure.

As a successful Packet Core / Data Core Engineer / MPC / EPC you will be ensuring there are high levels of service delivery and availability.

A successful Packet Core / Data Core Engineer / MPC / EPC you will be tasked with:

• Supporting, maintaining and developing the 3G / 4G MPC - SGSN/MME, GGSN/S/P-GWs
• Back Office, reactive operational support
• Working with Product Vendors to ensure low impact during fixes
• Work with Design to ensure solutions are fit for purpose
• Continually drive process and service improvements

In the role of Packet Core / Data Core Engineer / MPC / EPC you will demonstrate and enhance skills within:

• SGSN / GGSN / DNS / CGW products
• MPC protocol knowledge including SCCP / GTP / Radius and Diameter
• Practical problem solving ability
• Basic UNIX / Linux commands
• Some LTE EPC knowledge
