The company:

My client is a leading Telecoms company, who operate in more than 170 countries across the world. They are currently looking for an experienced OSS Programme Manager, to work on a contract basis located at their HQ in Berkshire. This role would suit someone who is used to operating within a fast paced and multi-cultural environment.

1. Project management

• Experience of managing a complex project delivery
• Able to develop and operate a plan at multiple levels, from simple plan-on-a-page to complex Microsoft Project plan
• Experienced in risk management
• Experience of leading a team of ~12 staff (mix of permanent and contract)

2. OSS Business Analysis

• Understanding and experience of business processes for:
• RAN planning, build and operate
• Access Transport planning, build and operate
• Able to manage specialist BAs within the team

3. Technical management of OSS stream

• Understanding and experience of OSS, including:
• NEMS
• NRM
• Integration bus
• Service Assurance (configuration management, performance management)
• Service Management (fault management)
