Onsite Resource Partner - Recruitment

Onsite Resource Partner required to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and manage all resourcing activity including contract, permanent, graduate, secondment and executive hiring.

Provide consultative advice on recruitment processes, talent management and employer branding.

Lead our client's talent strategy.

Deliver recruitment innovation and value adds.

Manage all second tier suppliers.

Ensure a robust and seamless process is in place whilst maximising client and candidate experience.

Weekly reporting and preparation for quaterly business reviews highlighting recruitment progress to date including key successes and challenges.

Would suit someone who is looking for their next onsite role, or someone with much agency experience who can successfully partner with the business on strategic recruitment initiatives.
