Role Title:

Onsite Resource Partner

Reporting to:

Talent Acquisition Manager (Client) and Account Director (RPO)

Location:

Theale, Berkshire - Client HQ

Main Purpose of Role:

Working onsite at the Client HQ, this role holder will act as the key interface between the RPO provider and the Client. They will be responsible for managing internal and external relationships with line managers, resourcing activity, and the contractor base. Representing both the client and the RPO Partner at a highly professional level, they will manage the relationship with the client and key Stakeholders. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager they will work closely to support the People team on a day to day basis, through project and ad-hoc activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Contractor Management

  • Respond to contractor issues and queries
  • Offer onsite training and support for Timesheet Billing System
  • Onsite System (timesheet system) super user, providing a direct service to all managers and contractors for issues, requests, renewals and system errors
  • Expenses approval and audit for contractors in line with Client's Policy

Recruitment

  • Manage end to end client recruitment requirements
  • Interview coordination
  • Interview support for managers
  • Pre-screen and qualification meetings
  • Weekly reporting on all resourcing activity
  • Job Description creation
  • Contractor to permanent conversions
  • Responding / creation of proposals for both work package and manage service proposals to support the Client

Supplier Management

  • Manage second tier agencies and PSL
  • Supplier relationship management

Onboarding

  • Manage CV insight applications (pre-employment screening)
  • On-boarding for all contractors whether they be direct, referral or through second tier agency. This will include sourcing, screening, offers, contractors, Right to Work verification, and first day induction
  • Collation of all offers (permanent and contract)

HR Activities

  • Management of the Leaver processes including Exit Interviews with contractors
  • Ad hoc HR tasks and projects
  • Ad hoc support for the Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Ensure adherence to best practice and values making continual improvements where possible
  • Update policies, procedures and processes as necessary and in line with document control procedures

Preferred/Desired Qualities:

  • CIPD Qualified
  • Microsoft Office skills, Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience and knowledge of an in house applicant tracking/HR System
