Onsite Resource Partner

Onsite Resource Partner to manage all resourcing activity and contractor workforce needs.

Reporting to the Head of Resourcing, the role will involve managing stakeholder requirements, job description creation, designing talent attraction strategy, providing interview support, manage second tier agencies, leaver process including exit interviews, weekly reporting, update policies, procedures and processes as necessary.
