Based onsite, the role involves managing client expectations, meeting hiring managers and taking briefs, going to market and sourcing candidates utilising all channels including advertising, LinkedIn, and referral schemes.
Shortlisting top talent, arranging interviews and participating in interview process, managing feedback, negotiating offers and processing paperwork.
Managing graduate recruitment scheme, secondment programmes and executive hires. Implementation of recruitment innovation plans.
Reporting on KPIs and presenting to senior Board members on latest recruitment initiatives/successes and trends.
Candidates must have demonstrable recruitment experience.
