On-site Technician / Windows 10 Build Engineer - Dublin

A global IT Services and Technology Specialist are currently looking for an experience Windows 10 Build Engineer to assist in a major project with one of their key retail clients. The Project centres around the rollout of a Windows 10 Tablet and they currently require an On Site Engineer to provide technical support activities as part of service delivery provision and project deployment.

To be considered you will have the following experience:

• Window 10 Build and support including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance.
• Strong experience responding to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions.
• Advises customers on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction
• Able to works with little supervision and able to work on a wider range of systems.
