Networks Voice Specialist - Siemens ISDX - Westminster - Home Office SC Clearance - Contract

My client are a world leading IT and Technology Specialist who currently have an opportunity for a Technical Specialist on a customer site based in Westminster, London.

An opportunity has arisen to provide Technical support, moves and changes management for government buildings in London for their voice systems. The major moves and changes mainly being carried out at week-ends. From first to third Line fault investigation and resolution you will be dealing directly with 3rd party service providers as necessary. Liaising with the client to translate high level voice telephony requirements from the client into work packages that can be managed through to completion using third party contracts. The requirements will generally be for small moves and changes involving 30 or less items of equipment during normal working hours, but greater at week-ends as part of projects. Some input into the telephony aspects of larger moves will be necessary. Direct implementation of minor software moves and changes on an ISDX PABX will be needed and Security Clearance will be mandatory.

You will ideally have the following:

  • Valid Home Office SC Clearance
  • Excellent knowledge of TDM voice system technology
  • Siemens and ISDX realities
  • Excellent customer facing skills
