Networking and Security Technical Consultant

Security Technical Consultant. Permanent. Homebased with UK travel (3-4 days per week)

Security Technical Consultant to provide technical expertise throughout the compete cycle if the professional services engagement; pre sales, design, implementation and handover. Working as the customers technical point of contact from pre-sales through to implementation and handover. Attending meetings with the Sales Managers to assist and answer Technical questions, present solutions and take customer requirements for high and low level design work. Then will have responsibility for hands on implementation of hardware.

The successful Security Technical consultant will illustrate network skills.Coming from an implementation background you will design, implement and configure complete network solutions in Check Point firewalls, IPS/DPS, Web Security, SIEM, Logrhythm. You will be comfortable and have experience dealing with end to end process.

You will be Check Point Certified (CCSE), a wealth of IT industry experience, design, implementation and configuration experience with Check Point solutions. Also Cisco CCIE and Cisco security experience would be an advantage.
