Job title: Network Support Engineer

Location: Bracknell

Contract

Duties and responsibilities:

• Provide 3rd line support and project work
• Support incidents
• Monitor the network and remediate any issues found
• Network maintenance
• Service transition tasks such as due diligence, design updates, creation of work instructions & knowledge articles

Mandatory skills:

• CISCO ACI Network Management
• Solarwinds
• SCOM
• NTP
• CISCO ISE
• ASR & ISR Routers
• Firewalls & Encryption
• Experience of providing 3rd line support
• Experience of leading a team
• SC Clearance - must be in place prior to start

Desirable Skills:

• CISCO UCS
• DV clearance
