Team Lead and Network System Engineer - This includes both Third line Support and Project Datacentre Build work. Also includes completion of Service transition tasks such as due diligence, design updates, creation of work instructions & knowledge articles.

To handle Project Datacentre build Network tasks and Network Support incidents. There are a high number of Project change requests for tenants on each environment. Some tenants are Live and some are starting to deploy and test on this platform. To monitor network solution and remediate any issues found. To keep environment maintained and patched

Mandatory Skills Required:

• 3rd Line Support Team lead experience.
• Network System Engineer with CCNP. Either qualified or working towards CCIE.
• Experienced in producing low level designs and Support collateral.

Experienced and skilled in the technologies:

• CISCO ACI
• Network Management
• SolarWinds
• SCOM
• NTP
• CISCO ISE
• ASR & ISR Routers
• Firewalls and Encryption.

Desirable Skills Required:

• CISCO UCS
