Network Architect/Designer - Contract - West London

Telecoms organisation in West London require a Network Architect with expertise in either Voice or IP Connectivity to join them on an ongoing contract basis.

Role Profile:

• Experienced Network Architect/Designer with excellent communication, multi-tasking, troubleshooting, documentation and presentation skills
• Excellent networking (WAN / LAN / DNS), Voice and wireless systems understanding
• Strong Cisco/Juniper (Routers, Switches, ISE, Wireless) product knowledge
• Detailed knowledge of Routing protocols, TCP/IP suite and strong analytical skills (MPLS, BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, etc.)
• Good knowledge of various Firewalls
• Understanding of security implications and applications
• Good experience in network segregation methodologies
• Knowledge of network tools (planning, capacity, etc.) and element management platforms (desirable)
• Understanding of DWDM/CWDM and SDH/PDH networks (desirable, highly beneficial)
• Beneficial to this application would be relevant qualifications: CCIE, CCNA, CCNP or similar
