This role will possibly require flexibility to work hours (Inc night) and days (Inc weekends) as necessary for deployment activities as required across the client estate.

Note: Role is based on customer premises in and around London and requires onsite presence as part of the Account team for most of the time but some work can be done remotely.

The successful candidate will required to hold or attain an SC clearance.

Job purpose & accountabilities:

• Support of the new project workloads across the client estate - this is a networks contract.
• Creation of High Level Designs (HLD), Low Level Designs (LLD) and Install Plans.
• Support of the new and ongoing projects workload across the client estate - this is a networks contract with a large amount of chargeable project work creating HLDs, LLDs, install plans and Implementation work.
  

Skills mandatory:

To be familiar with some or all of the following manufacturers or equivalent:-

• WAN/LAN
• Cisco Routers
• Cisco/Extreme Gigabit Ethernet Switches
• Cisco/3Com/Extreme 4400 switches
• Cisco APs
• Transmode CWDM multiplexors
• Data circuits
• Reports and Documentation
• Microsoft Office packages
• Creation of Low Level Designs and Implementation Plans
• NetViz drawing package
• Visio drawing package

Skills useful:

• Remedy suite
• Transport industry experience
