Mobile Payment Services - Product Management Consultant
The Payment Services Product Consultant is a leadership role and will be responsible for finding opportunities, creating holistic business plans, increasing our NPS and profitability in new and innovative ways.
You'll be working in exciting and demanding environment, so high resilience and an ability to engage well with others is crucial, as you'll be working closely with external partners and internal teams.
This role works specifically on traditional telco payment services (from premium services to carrier billing) and finds innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction and profitability, so we'll be looking for a solid understanding of telco payment services as well the innovative behaviours that have made our existing brand such a success.
You'll need to work cross functionally to define and deliver your own strategy considering both commercial and customer outcomes, specifically on the payment services vertical within the new digital products team. In this leadership position, your team will primarily be exploring, developing and executing specific product groups and partnerships.
What we are looking for:
- You'll come from a either a mobile telco telecoms background or from a Payment Services partner organisation.
- You'll have an excellent appreciation for customer experience, and a customer-centric mind-set, whilst still being able to make commercially sound decisions.
- You will be able to demonstrate where you have delivered against annual margin and NPS targets.
