Messaging Engineer (3rd line) - Permanent - Berkshire - (Security Cleared/Clearable)
Leading Managed Services Provider in the Defence industry require a skilled 3rd line Messaging Engineer on a permanent basis to work on site (Mon-Fri) in Bracknell.
The 3rd line engineer will be responsible for taking escalations from 2nd line relating to the MS Exchange based messaging services provided to the clients.
Extensive experience with Messaging (specifically Exchange) is required
Experience of Incident/Event management and resolution
Confident working as the senior escalation point with Exchange/Messaging issues
