Responsibilities and Duties:
- Integration with the local company sales and HQ marketing strategy and planning.
- Provide market intelligence to facilitate MD with local positioning and strategic decision-making
- Marketing budget setting annually and working to budget.
- Internal communication within the UK team and also within the Group
- Definition of target groups and management of customer & prospect databases.
- Localise value propositions and key messages.
- Creation and localisation + translation of marketing content.
- Managing the core lead development and customer retention activities, as well as lead generation programme in line with Marketing Plan.
- Event management (among others; presence at events, organise internal and external company events, speaker at events)
- Definition & execution of local online and social media strategy.
- Agency management.
