Exciting new opportunity for a creative and analytical Marketing Campaign Executive to join a company in Witney, Oxfordshire.

The successful candidate will have experience analysing the success of Marketing campaigns and using customer insight in order to confidently and independently make decisions, as well as the following skills and experience:

• Extensive experience of using Campaign Management tools, with a strong emphasis on email marketing
• Adept at data manipulation, extraction and analysis
• Highly competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint - with particular knowledge of using Excel for reporting
• Experience of using Photoshop and other programmes within the Adobe Suite

As Marketing Campaign Executive you would be responsible for full end to end campaign execution including planning, targeting, setup, testing, sending, reporting and optimisation across multiple channels including email, print, internal systems and SMS.

You would be working with the Head of Marketing and Communications Manager to develop data briefs for campaigns, liaise with fulfilment agencies to ensure delivery of these campaigns, track and monitor campaign performance and audience behaviour before reporting back on performance of all direct marketing campaigns.

In addition, you would be researching core markets to develop insights and messaging that is tailored to target segment and working towards set objectives across open rate, click-through-rate and other performance indicators while continuously looking at ways to grow marketing list both on site and via third parties.
