Mandarin speaking Key Account Team Assistant

Company

My client is leading telecoms company, who operate in more than 170 countries across the world. They are currently looking for Key Account Team Assistant to work out of their new fantastic and new office in London

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare materials prior to weekly meeting.
  • Data collection and analysis
  • Set up product specification
  • Identify errors and mistakes on customer's websites and publications.
  • Take minutes for internal and external meetings
  • Follow up new projects.
  • Sample management under your manager's instruction.
  • Assist any other affairs and tasks accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in project management is preferred.
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Mandarin.
  • Motivated self-starter with good time management skills.
