Mandarin speaking FSC ( Field Service Centre) coordinator

Job purpose

  1. PC ISDP Specialist: To Support project ISDP operation, mainly support project ISDP online configuration, such as project activity, DU configuration, support Project DM for project planning and scheduling, Project reporting configuration operate , Project SmartQC configuration as per defined template in ISDP system.
  2. PC HOP checking Specialist: To support Project acceptance documentation checked as per defined quality requirement, monitor and report the checking progress and status, communicate with PM and Partner for the issue escalation, to make sure the HOP checking work complete as per defined schedule
  3. PC Logistics Specialist: To collect MBNL material request from DM, and communicate with DM for verify quantities and schedule, reporting the inventory and status based on rollout forecast, operate MBNL inventory system.
  4. PC IT software coding specialist : to have Java/ Python coding knowledge and experience, and enable to have coding developing capability as per existing Power BI/ ISDP/POR/Isite program under IT specialist supporting

ISDP related system configuration and operation

ISDP reporting and monitor

ISDP supporting for issue handle

Issue escalate and support request to IT to fix ISDP issue

PC HOP checking Specialist

1.

To understand the project HOP process and document quality standard

2.

To understand ISDP acceptance operation regarding HOP acceptance

3.

To report to project team regarding HOP document checking status and issue escalation

4.

To communicate with DM/PM and Subcon for rejection reason and improving plan

PC Logistics Specialist

1.

To understand Project third parts logistic process and requirement

2.

To Collect project rollout forecast information from DM and transfer to required format

3.

To operate inventory manage system and operation as per project requirement

4.

To communicate with DM and MBNL for inventory status and reporting

4

PC IT software coding specialist

1.

To have knowledge of Python Java program and coding experience

2.

To analysis existing program status with IT specialist as per function requirement

3.

To program and debugging for the coding and verify the function meet the requirement

4.

To communicate with PM and escalation any issue

Major Challenges of the Job

  1. To have good communication with Project team member, PM/DM/IT/logistic
  2. Will have better understanding out client project management process and solution
  3. Will have better understanding for our client Project management ISDP system operation
  4. Will have better chance to promote to Project IT Specialist Leader, Project Acceptance quality manager, Project Control & Planning Manager, Project Manager,
  5. Will have better environment for telecommunication knowledge , to work with the most experienced Project Manager in UK Telecom industry
