Legal Counsel - Property
Buckinghamshire
6 month contract
This leading telecoms company in Buckinhamshire are seeking experienced Legal Counsel to join their team on a contract basis.
We are seeking 2 Legal Counsel:
- Property Disputes: We are looking for a lawyer who has court-room experience, managing large-scale, fast-paced, concurrent cases. We really need someone with a tenacious attitude that is able to deal with volume cases
- New Code Activity: The Legal Counsel (Code Activities) will assist in ensuring that site upgrade activities, lease renewals and NTQ replacements are delivered to shareholder requirements under the terms of the revised ECC.
If you have previous experience as a Property Lawyer then I'd love to chat to you. Telecoms experience is also a plus!
