Legal Counsel- Property Code Activity

A leading telecommunications company in the Berkshire area are recruiting for an in-house Legal Counsel to work as part of their property team on a permanent basis. You will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with experience within Property and hold extensive knowledge of the property law including; Landlord and Tenant act 1954.

As the Legal Counsel you will be responsible for supporting the estate management and implementation of property and planning strategies across the telecoms networks and to ensure suppliers and partners adhere to the the agreed guidelines when undertaking work or upgrades on the network property estate. You will also be working internally on the transformation of processes and implementation of the new property code in telecoms into guidelines and ways of working.

Your role will involve engaging with legal teams, property teams and landlords service providers to make necessary agreements and make any changes required.
