We are looking for a great Commercial Property Legal Counsel to join our client's expanding Head Office Team, with one the world's leading Mobile Telecoms Service Providers. You'll be part of a vibrant, agile team of Legal Counsel's who get involved with a wide variety of commercial property matters at the forefront of Mobile Telecoms and IT Technology.

You will have detailed knowledge of the New Code (Electronic Communications Code) and will assist in ensuring that site upgrade activities, lease renewals, NTQ replacements are delivered to requirements. You will also focus on implementing the revised ECC processes as well as managing external solicitors and negotiating agents.

You must have:

• Knowledge of the Digital Economy Act 2017, Old Code & New ECC Code, Landlord & Tenant Act 1954
• Experience of managing multiple projects at one time
• Commercial Property experience
• A qualified Solicitor/Barrister
• Experience of disputes/litigation.
