An exciting new contract opportunity has arisen working in-house for a leading telecommunications company in Maidenhead for a Legal Counsel with 6 years + PQE. We are looking for a qualified Legal professional with recent in-house experience within a tech company, providing corporate and commercial legal advice.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast paced, complex environment, providing strategic legal support across both IT and Network & Ops, primarily supporting procurement (high value) but also in-life contract management.

My client are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel with:

• Commercial legal experience, encompassing complex commercial projects including negotiation
• Min 6 years + PQE
• Recent in-house experience
• Technical contracts background
• Trained and practised with a major UK or International Law firm
