Job Description
Legal Counsel
Berkshire
6 month contract
This leading telecoms company are going through an exciting period of change and are seeking a Legal Counsel to join their award winning in-house team.
Supporting the IT, Networks & Operations team, you will be providing strategic legal support across a very broad spectrum of work, primarily supporting the high value procurement work as well as working with in-life technical contracts. As well as this, you will also be supporting corporate, finance, M&A transactions.
You must have:
- A relevant legal qualification
- Commercial legal experience
- Private Practice experience
- A background within technology/IT/Telecoms
- Worked within a transformation environment or be comfortable with a change environment
