Lead Wholesale Business Architect (MVNO) - Mobile Telecoms - Contract - Berkshire

A leading mobile telecoms company is searching for a Lead Wholesale Business Architect with MVNO experience to join their team in Berkshire on a contract basis.

• The Lead Wholesale Business Architect (MVNO) will join an established Wholesale team whose purpose is to develop MVNO and Multi-brand partnerships. The Lead Wholesale Business Architect will work with business development teams on new prospects, new MVNO delivery projects and established MVNO improvement initiatives.
• The Lead Wholesale Business Architect reports into the Head of Wholesale Marketing and will assist the Wholesale team in terms of developing customer journey mapping and cross-party business processes. You will also be involved in requirements gathering and solution design and execution.
• You will be responsible for strategic planning, project management, innovation and improvement, quality, customer management, document preparation and needs assessment.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Candidates should have experience in a similar role and have a good background in telecoms with experience of working on MVNO projects.
• Candidates must be strong Architects or Business Analysts who have ideally worked for an MVNO.
