Lead Wholesale Business Architect (MVNO) - Mobile Telecoms - Contract - Berkshire.

A leading mobile telecoms company is searching for a Lead Wholesale Business Architect with MVNO experience to join their team in Berkshire on a contract basis.

The Lead Wholesale Business Architect (MVNO) will join an established Wholesale team whose purpose is to develop MVNO and Multi-brand partnerships. The Lead Wholesale Business Architect will work with business development teams on new prospects, new MVNO delivery projects and established MVNO improvement initiatives.

The Lead Wholesale Business Architect reports into the Head of Wholesale Marketing and will assist the Wholesale team in terms of developing customer journey mapping and cross-party business processes. You will also be involved in requirements gathering and solution design and execution.

You will be responsible for strategic planning, project management, innovation and improvement, quality, customer management, document preparation and needs assessment.

Skills and Experience Required:

Candidates should have experience in a similar role and have a good background in telecoms with experience of working on MVNO projects.

Candidates must be strong Architects or Business Analysts who have ideally worked for an MVNO.
