Lead systems & Operations Manager - Contract - Berkshire

  • Leading Mobile Telecoms consumer brand require a Lead Systems & Operations Manager to join their Commercial Systems team which is responsible for the creation and operational management of new products and propositions to all of their sales registration (acquisition & retention), customer service billing, provisioning and support platforms utilised within sales channels.
  • The Lead Systems and Ops Manager will require team leadership/management experience in a service environment covering Digital Services.

Skills:

  • Commercial experience with the ability to balance business priorities against operational risk
  • Experience of managing teams and partners
  • Experience of building external supplier relationships
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and an ability to influence at a high level
  • Excellent negotiation and communications skills
  • Experience of working with different development processes and methodologies - Waterfall/Agile
