Job Description

We are working with a market-leading telco brand to recruit a Lead Incident Manager who will have responsibility for the management of a team of IMs who have responsibility for the governance of IM process.

You'll be ensuring that processes work effectively in order to minimise impacts to services.

The role of Lead Incident Manager will also involve ensuring any impacts on services for customers and employees is minimised through quality service restoration along with routing any major incidents between relevant partners, then coordinating resolutions with minimal disruption.
