L&D Specialist - We are recruiting for an E-Learning Specialist to join a dynamic fast paced team working for a leading Consumer Brand Company based in Dublin City Centre. As L&D Specialist / E-Learning Specialist you will be joining my client at a key time in their digital transformation, this is an exciting time of innovation and change!

As L&D / E-Learning Specialist you will be responsible for developing e-learning content to support the digital transformation. Working closely with the L&D Manager and SMEs you will develop high-quality and engaging course content for the digital programme. You will need to apply principles of instructional design and learning theory to assess training needs and design, develop and evaluate learning content.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Qualifications in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology or related fields
• Proven demonstrable experience within an eLearning Specialist position designing e-learning content
• Experienced user of Articulate 360 eLearning tools
• Experience gained within a fast paced, changing, commercial environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to take complex concepts and break it down to teachable segments for online learning
• Highly organised
