3 Month Initial Contract
Jira Administrator - supporting the team and the growing Jira platform, your role will be to manage the ticketing system and provide first line support for all Jira requests. This is a great opportunity for someone with Jira administration and first line support experience who is looking to expand their knowledge and work on a growing Jira platform.
As Jira Administrator you will carry out day to day user administration duties (setting up and removing accounts), deal with licensing, monitor available licences, maintain a record of users, manage training documents and create 'how to' guides, plus you will have the opportunity to support Jira Experts and help write technical documentation and process flows.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience of Jira and Confluence administration
- Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Able to work well in a team
- Experience of Jira Portfolio plugin and On Demand Jira would be beneficial
- Enthusiasm to broaden your knowledge!
