ITSM Principal Consultant - Nordrhein-Westfalen - 6 month rolling contract

We are looking for an experienced Consultant with ITSM and ITIL know-how to join our clients team in Leverkusen, Germany.

Tasks

• LeadingITSM Tool Team with the main topics:
  • Ticketing (Triole for ServiceNow and AGIL/BMC Remedy incl. CMDB)
  • Reporting
  • Interfaces / Data Exchange between ticket systems
• Project management of subproject ITSM Tooling
  (track budget and timeline, report to central Project Management)
• Lead Designer in ITSM Tool Setup
• Cooperation with ServiceManagement/Process stream
• Plan & lead Design workshops with customer and internal
  (main responsible for Design concepts and documentation)
• Plan, coordinate and track Tool implementations
• Plan, coordinate and document UATs with customer and internal
• Get approval for Go Live / complete subproject ITSM Tooling

Know-how / Experience

• ITIL Processes
• ITSM Tools (preferred Triole for ServiceNow and or AGIL / BMC know-how)
• Experience with complex tool design & implementation projects
• Project Management know-how
• Language: fluent English, advanced German
