IT Team Lead/ Manager for Salesforce Team

A leading provider of data centre services across Europe require an IT team lead required to manage a team of Salesforce Developers and Administrators in support or a busy Sales & Marketing function.

• Support the Strategy & Marketing- and Sales Department with the identification, prioritisation, planning and successful delivery of improvement initiatives.
• Educates and supports the users of the systems being used (i.e. Salesforce, and related add-ons like e.g. Pardot, Apptus) on how to use these systems in a consistent manner.
• Manages an UK-based development team, configuring, developing, maintaining and supporting the software and services being used.
• Manages related software suppliers (i.e. SalesForce), and interacts with other areas within IT, to ensure a co-ordinated end-to-end implementation of systems and support processes.
