IT Support Analyst (1st Line) with on-call. Oxfordshire. Permanent Opportunity.

Award winning travel company seeks IT Support analyst to work in a first line position to support internal staff and customers covering a range of Microsoft technologies (Microsoft Office, Active directory, mimecast, Sophos Cloud Anti virus, Citrix and Xerox print solutions). General IT support including PC builds, new user account processing, PC level hardware and software support.

This role will involve on-call work, participating in a rota as required. Escalation of issues. Based in Oxfordshire but some travel to other offices maybe a requirement. Heavy lifting maybe required. You must be willing to learn new bespoke systems.

The successful IT Support analyst will be local to Oxfordshire, have experience in 1st line support, Microsoft operating systems. Degree Qualified in IT related discipline.
