IT INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER

Role

Working for a fantastic travel brand, based in beautiful offices on Oxfordshire; we are recruiting for an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager - to support major transformation initiatives and BAU project work.

Looking for someone who has worked in small to medium sized business environments, as this will be a very hands-on role, working as part of a small team, as well as being responsible for strategy and delivery.

Summary

Delivering IT infrastructure projects as part BAU and as part of our Transformation Programme. Examples projects include VDI rollout, Single Sign On, two-factor authentication, and WAN upgrades. This role will also support our wider programme to migrate from on-premises hosting to the (Azure) Cloud.

The IT Infrastructure Project Manager will bring a wealth of experience across desktop virtualisation, datacentre, server, networks and telecoms.

Skills

Essential:

• Experience of multiple VDI rollouts e.g. (Citrix or VMWare Horizon).
• 5+ years' project management experience delivering IT infrastructure projects (datacentre, server, network, telecoms).
• Prince 2 or PMP.
• Detail-oriented

Desirable:

• Experience of Avaya Telephony rollouts
• Experience of applying Agile methodology within Infrastructure projects e.g. Kanban, Scrum.
